Las Lasco LEO is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Management, specializing in Banking & Finance from the prestigious University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG). Graduating in 2014, he embarked on his career journey at Papua Finance Ltd, where he joined as a fresh graduate and swiftly rose through the ranks.

With over 9 years of dedicated service to the company, Mr. LEO has held various key roles, showcasing his versatility and expertise. Beginning as a trainee Loans and Credit officer, he progressed to positions such as Senior Loans officer, Senior Credit Analyst & Credit Control, Audit & Compliance officer, OIC HR, Recovery officer, and Supervisor Legal & Recoveries. Currently, he holds the vital position of Assistant Manager of Risk & Compliance.

Mr. LEO’s comprehensive exposure includes involvement in policy formulation at Papua Finance Ltd and active participation in human resource matters within the organization. His commitment to professional development is evident through his attendance at numerous conferences tailored for CEOs and his active involvement in Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Financing Conferences organized by the Central Bank (BPNG). Additionally, he is a participant in corporate membership conferences held by Nambawan Super & Commission of Higher Education.
