Ms. Lydia David serves as Junior Sales & Credit Supervisor at Papua Finance Limited (PFL), where she supports the delivery of the company’s sales, lending and credit administration functions.

She holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Port Moresby Business College, completed in 2021. Her academic background provided her with a foundation in human resource management, communication, strategic management, recruitment, labour relations and workplace practices.

Lydia joined Papua Finance Limited in October 2022 and has since gained practical experience across customer service, sales and credit operations. Through her continued development within the organisation, she has progressed to her current supervisory role.

As Junior Sales & Credit Supervisor, Lydia assists in overseeing day-to-day sales and credit activities, including customer engagement, loan processing and administration, credit-related functions, portfolio monitoring and service delivery. She also supports the team in ensuring that lending and operational activities are undertaken in accordance with PFL’s established policies, procedures and responsible lending practices.

Lydia continues to strengthen her professional capabilities in sales, credit administration, customer service and loan portfolio management.
